Questions and answers

What is GigFlow?

GigFlow is a site where clubs, bars, companies and workers' committees in Israel find artists for live shows. Whoever is booking picks an artist and sends a booking request, and the artist accepts or passes.

Who can book artists through GigFlow?

Anyone looking for a live show: clubs and bars, culture and HR coordinators at companies, workers' committees, community centers and municipalities, and event producers.

How do I book an artist?

Pick an artist by genre, city and budget and send a request with a date, hours and a budget. When the artist accepts, contact details open up and you close it directly.

How do artists find places to play?

Join the waitlist and you are invited in waves. After the invitation you build a profile. Venues looking for a show send a request with a date and a budget, and the artist decides whether to accept.

What does it cost an artist?

Being found, receiving booking requests and answering them are free. Tools that save work, such as fast apply and AI drafts, are in packages. Packages and prices are not published yet, and nothing is charged without your approval. There is no commission on shows.

What does it cost to book?

Nothing. Clubs, bars, companies, workers' committees, community centers and producers join and use the site free, with no commission on shows.

Do you take a cut of the show?

No. The venue pays the artist directly, outside the site. GigFlow never moves money between the two.

Who is responsible for the contract and the payment?

The venue and the artist, and only them. GigFlow introduces them and is not a party to their agreement.

What is "paid on time"?

After every show the artist marks whether the money came on time. The score shows on the venue's profile after at least three ratings.

How do ratings work?

You can rate only after an accepted booking whose date has passed. Both sides rate, and the ratings go up together or after 14 days.

When do I see the artist's phone number?

Only after the artist accepts the request. From then on both sides see phone and email.

When can I sign up?

Venues and organisers can join now. Artists join a waitlist and are invited in waves, by region and style.
